Hey. Um, I got some questions about Luthor in your world. I mean, if that's cool. I know we don't know each other that well yet, but it's kind of -- important.

((ooc: Kon's not aware that at Wally's canon point none of the Luthor-Conner connection has come out yet, but I am! Let me know if you'd like to avoid future (for Wally at least) spoilers or anything like that!))

Uh. You mean Lex Luthor? The businessman? Founder of LexCorp?

Sorry, about that. I needed a moment. I inadvertently imagined a world with more than one Lex Luthor and I creeped myself out.

But yeah, that's the one. Conner and I talked a bit about him, but I'm wondering -- how did you guys address the problem?

Uh. What problem? The fact that he's a corporate scumbag with probable ties to who knows how many illicit operations? Cuz there's not a whole lot we can do about that. I mean, I'm sure the police and investigative journalists are all over it, but, you know, he's crazy good at covering his tracks, so... not a lot of evidence to work with.

[Pause.

That isn't the reaction Kon expected and he is ... not sure what to make of it.]

Nothing more personal, though?

Kon, I'm not stalking Lex Luthor's lovelife or anything, okay. We don't get the Metropolis tabloids in Central City, nor do I care to concern myself with anything more personal in nature than LexCorp's stock information. Or maybe his public appearances if they make the Central City Sun. Or, you know, if he's involved in a mission, which, to my current knowledge, he hasn't been.

... huh.

This has got to be the weirdest misunderstanding so far this week. Sorry, man. I think I grabbed the stick by completely the wrong end.

Mind if I ask why you're so interested in Luthor, though? I mean, besides the obvious relation to Superman.

[Kon hesitates.]

There's a reason. It's -- I'll explain if you want to, but it's something that Conner's going to tell you. And I don't know -- it's old news to him, but maybe it's something you'd prefer to hear from your team-mate than his alternate universe counterpart, you know? If at all. Maybe you got a strict no spoilers policy, I dunno.

Right. Okay. I'll ask him, then. I mean, I'm not totally opposed to spoilers, but, yeah, it's probably better I hear it from him if it's... personal.

More of a big deal for me, since he's acclimatized to it, and I am not so much, but yeah, I think that's best.
